  • Presentations range from 30-60 minutes. Format of the presentation can vary from single presenter, opposing viewpoints/debate, panel discussion, workshop or any other creative idea that works in a virtual setting.
  • Each presenter should include no more than 1-2 slides on personal and company introductions. Attendees want to hear your presentation and the results you achieved.

  • Presenters can provide electronic handouts with their session.
  • All presentations will be delivered with the highest professionalism to maximize the value obtained by the attendee. Presentations should be non-commercial and educational in nature. Any selling (perceived or overt) during the session is deemed unprofessional and is not acceptable.
  • Selection decisions made by the planning committee are final and without appeal.
  • Selected presenters and alternates will be contacted by the MESA Headquarters to coordinate logistics and details.
  • Upon acceptance of the presentation, it is the responsibility of the presenters to attend a practice session to be scheduled prior to the live event dates and present during the virtual event during the time allotted. All deadlines must be met.
  • Each presenter will be provided with one (1) pass to the full event and a one (1) year complimentary individual MESA membership.
