Guidelines:
- Presentations range from 30-60 minutes. Format of the presentation can vary from single presenter, opposing viewpoints/debate, panel discussion, workshop or any other creative idea that works in a virtual setting.
- Each presenter should include no more than 1-2 slides on personal and company introductions. Attendees want to hear your presentation and the results you achieved.
- The event will provide the event technology and will promote the presentations as part of the program associated with the MESA International 2023 Virtual Event.
- Presenters can provide electronic handouts with their session.
- All presentations will be delivered with the highest professionalism to maximize the value obtained by the attendee. Presentations should be non-commercial and educational in nature. Any selling (perceived or overt) during the session is deemed unprofessional and is not acceptable.
- Selection decisions made by the planning committee are final and without appeal.
- Selected presenters and alternates will be contacted by the MESA Headquarters to coordinate logistics and details.
- Upon acceptance of the presentation, it is the responsibility of the presenters to attend a practice session to be scheduled prior to the live event dates and present during the virtual event during the time allotted. All deadlines must be met.
- Each presenter will be provided with one (1) pass to the full event and a one (1) year complimentary individual MESA membership.
- Each presentation will be submitted in PowerPoint by the presenter(s), approximately 8 weeks prior to the event date (see list of important dates below). A PowerPoint template will be provided.
